Return Policy
Refund Eligibility:
You can return your purchase for a refund if:
You purchased directly from islandrouter.com. If you purchased from an authorized reseller or distributor, you must follow their respective return policy.
You initiate a request for return within 30 days of payment (the date when you received an email from us with receipt of purchase).
Whether the product has been opened or unopened, you obtain an RMA (Return Merchandise Authorization) number and follow our return instructions. Products received without an assigned RMA number will not be issued a refund.
You return the product in original packaging with all accessories intact (in the case of Island, minus the lip balm).
The returned product is undamaged, unmodified, and in the same condition as shipped.
Refund Process:
Be prepared to supply the serial number of your Island or Island Pro router. The unit serial number can be found in three places: 1) on the outside of the original Island packaging box, 2) on the unit itself (next to the ports on Island; on the back of the Island Pro unit), and 3) if you have installed the unit, it is noted in the app under the top left hamburger icon by choosing “About”. It is also helpful to supply the Island order number found in your email receipt of purchase.
Contact us using the form below to receive an RMA number and instructions. You will receive an email response from us within 1 business day.
When the RMA number is assigned, the support team will email a prepaid return shipping label to you at no charge. You must use this prepaid label to be eligible for a refund.
An assigned RMA number is valid for 14 days and will expire on the 15th day after issuance, regardless of when in the 30-day window that you initiated the request. Any product returned after the 15th day past the RMA issuance will be ineligible for refund.
Returned products must be in good physical condition (undamaged and unmodified) in either original packaging or packaging that provides equal protection. You assume all risk of loss or damage while the product is in transit to PerfTech.
Refunds will be processed and paid within 5 business days of PerfTech’s receipt of the product, minus the retail value of any missing or damaged parts.
Refunds will be reimbursed in the original form of purchase.
You will receive an email from us when your refund has been processed, with an explanation of any partial refund.
Note: If your Island product is found to be defective, you may be eligible for a product replacement under our terms of warranty found <here>. You may use this same form to request an RMA for a warranty replacement.
